I was using my satfinder to positionate the dish but after a bit of time, it didn't work any more.
I located the problem in my DM500 because no voltage (13 or 18 volts) is present to the antenna cable. (with my old goldbox is all ok).
It's impossible to lock, sync and scan any satellite/transponder.
The signal meter is always 48-52 % and BER 8442.

I tried with hard/soft reset and new sotware but alway nothing.

Any suggestion to solver the problem without send back this decoder to the manifacturer?
