the seller is in another country and Would not return it.

I bought a dm900 from a seller on ebay and right out of the box the receiver would not boot, just solid red light on front, and two lan lights on back. A serial cable shows this after turning on rocker switch-

I have written to the tech support address 3 times< no reply
had a german girl that lives here in the states call the support number< She cant get thru
Have tried repeatedly to use the rma online but the server crashes every time. Can someone help me get this box back to dreambox for repair?
The seller would not return it.
