It there any way to get ORIGINAL dreambox with Triple tuner?!?

Hello dear forum member's i have this sunray sr4 dreambox and i got some issues with the electrical component on the motherboard seems to be something related to the voltage regulators or maybe its something else i am not sure.. the dreambox wont turn on at all and there seems to be some burned component on the mother near the power input..
(i am equiped with multimeter)
