This could be caused by a bad contact of Sim card to the contact pins.
Have you tried to exchange the Sim card from a working Box to one which has the failure? Please make sure that the Sim card has good contact and has clean contacts.
Are the Rescue Loader updated on this boxes?
Box war in Reparatur in Lünen. Mainboard und Tuner wurden auf Gewährleitung getauscht, ein erstes Backup lief durch ohne Absturz. 
Ja, ich habe den Hinweis zum Thema Bootlog gelesen und versuche heute abend mal etwas heraus zu bekommen. Aber vielleicht kann mir jemand schon mal einen Tipp geben.
Habe ein ähnliches Problem. Ich kann mit einer Backup Erstellung, das Problem mit dem Absturz recht zuverlössig reproduzieren

Hallo zusammen,
meine Dreambox DM900 (Produktions Datum 29.12.2016) stürzt immer wieder im Idle Mode ab, dh. lässt sich nicht mehr einschalten per Fernbedienung, dann hilft nur noch per Netzschalter die Box neuzustarten (kein Zugriff per Telnet möglich, kein GS).
Bei Backup mit dbackup 0.95 stürzt die Box bei ca 50% der Backups ab und es wird nur ein buntes Bild angezeigt (Ton läuft weiter), dann hilft nur noch per Netzschalter die Box neuzustarten (kein Zugriff per Telnet möglich, kein GS). Interessanterweise stürzt die Box immer ab, wenn das Image mit pigz komprimiert wird.
Getestet mit dem aktuellen Stable Image mit allen Updates, nur dbackup installiert und Backup auf interne Platte. Ein Tausch der Netzteile hat auch keine Verbesserung gebracht.
Ich gehe von einem Hardware Defekt aus, oder?

Hallo,
ich habe letzte Woche eine DM800SE v2 gekauft (Produktion Feb. 2016) und mir ist aufgefallen, das die /data Partition nur 72MB gross ist,
es sollten normalerweise ca. 524 MB angezeigt werden.
Liegt ein Defekt vor?
Oder wurde der Flashspeicher reduziert?
Ein Bad Sektor wird erkannt, was ja kein Problem darstellt.
