Thanks guys for advice above, I've tried it and it works! It works! It works! Well not entirely... but at least we can view terrestrial transmissions now! Just missing the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) that comes with transmissions. Whats coming up in programs is shown as scrambled letters and symbols, this means we can't read whats coming up and so can't set timer to record favourite TV shows.
How can I fix EPG problem ? Thanks so much.

Also, my Dreambox DM7080 has 2 Satellite tuners (in addition to the terrestrial tuners) but the satellite tuners also don't work. I got an aerial specialist in to put in new dish, LNB and cables but then he couldn't help any further because he didn't know the software of a Dreambox. Sometimes I manage to get an SNR signal (in Satellite Finder sub menu) but BER under it shows nothing.
What does BER stand for? Do I need it and if so how do I get it?
When trying to view a satellite channel a message pops up on TV screen which says "SID not found in PAT" What does that mean? How do I fix that?

Hello, I need help! I don't see my country listed in Dreamboxes menu for selecting DVB-T frequencies. Do you have a link I can go to, to select other countries DVB-T settings? Can I then FTP the download to my Dreambox? Where should I put it (under what file name?). Thanks so much!
