Hi all

I have a DM800 and a vbox 500 posistioner ,

The problem i have is when I go from a vertical transponder to a horizontal my vbox goes onto stanby,

There seems to be no signal being sent out from the dm800 to vbox on certain horizontal transponders.

My dad also has the same set up as me which is working fine and when i take my dreambox to his house his positioner does the same thing (goes on standby while scrolling through channels while using my dm800.

Is there anything i can do / like reflash firmware to fix this problem

the VBOX usually goes into standby when there is no power coming from the receiver so no power on horizontal channels. you can try to flash it again and do fresh search ( do not use old settings) if not go then go to your dealer with the box.
