sounds like your tuner is not being detected. are they hardwired in like the 500 or on a minipci slot like the 800 ? I cant rem. might be worth poping the top to see. maybe it just came loose.

does the tuner get detected in the bios when you check with a null modem cable ? dmesg should probably show it too I think.
