dm 500-s is not powering up dish motor (h-h motor SG-2100)& satellite finder

    I connected dm500-s to dish motor (SG-2100),unfortunately it didn't power the motor up .then I tried to connect the receiver to the satellite finder , and again same problem no sign of power going through the satellite finder.


    The receiver appears to be fine, it does power on.this is a brand new box and it is genuine not a clone.



    Any help would be appreciate it.

    DM 500-s and DM 500+ are not made to power on any sort of actuators. if you keep trying, the power supply may have problems. so don't try.
