how to build in the DVD player as the frame inside is too narrow!?

how to build in the DVD player as the metal frame inside the box is too narrow!

how did you guys do it, i can't find any manual regarding this, is there any?
or do we need to molest the frame by hand so it will fit?

now that i'm awake i see that the DVD-player is smaller at the bottom so that the smaller part will glide into the frame
