My dad bought a 7020 last year and as far as i know all he has done is scan for channels, this is ok, but i want to try and make the most of it for him, where is a good place to begin customising the software etc. how do I get encrypted channels?

Any help would be truly appreciated, i realise it is capable of so much more, but personally have had not much to do with the installation of it.
