Several problems with a DM500S

    Hi,
    I have several and serious problems with my original DM500S.
    I don't know if its related to my router, but i don't think so.
    I have an office connect 3CRWDR101A-75, and i get the following issues:


    1-Dreambox is not fuguring into DHCP clients list.
    2-Its become online after connecting to the router, but connection by ftp is failed(After some mins it disconnect and reconnect too much times etc..)
    3-The remote control doesn't work fine :frowning_face:


    I think there is a bug into var_init as i think it's the only back uped directory while flashing, but i don't know if i could deleat it and then how?

    Hi all,


    First too problems had been resolved . It was my pc even if it seems really strange as lan connection was always fun for my desktop, also wan.


    The remaining one is the remote control=>After 3 to 4 hours of work, it gets slower, and commands confusing=>Mute else of other commands,etc.....


    Hardware issue?

    Hi there,
    I still having the same problem and i tried also a new remote cxontrol, but it's 100% a dreambox hardware issue.
    It's happens one the dream starts to be hot.
    How i could fix it please?
    Did some one know if replacing a determinated component in the mothercard it's will be oj?
    If yes please advice.
