Hi, i ordered a 800hd, it came with a satellite tuner, the cable tuner was sent seperately, it wont find any transponders though, i've tried with the standard firmware. I selected all the EUR and QAM frequencies for it to scan but it wont find 1. My dreambox 600c works perfectly so its not the cable line.

Attached are photos of the tuner, is it the correct cable tuner for the DM800HD?

You should add 6952 as 1 of the frequencies as it isnt in the list so if u do a scan without adding it you wont find any transponders. Managed to add it myself so i can now receive channels.

P.S the layout on the back of the box is VERY bad, i can barely have the power cable connected at the same time as the scart, it bends the power cable like mad.

Also not including IDE support aswell as SATA isnt very good as i've upgraded from a 600c but now have to buy another hdd as i want the hdd to be internal otherwise i'd use a usb2 caddy.
