stuck on boot

tryed to flash my dreambox 800 with newest firmware , all is going up to 100% but after that box wont display anything but the boot screen.

after using dream up and flashing with oldest firmware box is working , but not when i try to flash it with newest image.

anyone with sugestions how to solve this problem ?
