My DM500 had been working fine for several months. Although the motor was always a bit slow, it was moving. A few weeks ago it stopped working, and after much "testing" I see there is not voltage coming from the LNB input. There should be 18VDC. a) is there a software setting to disable/enable voltage to the LNB? b) what kind of warranty and repair options are available?
