Harddisk problem

    Hi,


    Since a couple of weeks i have a dreambox 7020 with a Seagate 250GB Harddisk. The harddisk is function well, but when the power is off from the dreambox and I turne it on then the dreambox don't see the harddisk anymore. With a couple of restarts it is possible to see the harddisk again but the content is disapeard..... It is a necessary to do a format of the harddisk to get it well functioned...


    Is there a solution for this problem?

    No ofkorse you dont nead to format your hdd,what you nead to do is to cek is your hdd set to be a master,anplug the disk frome a dreambox and cek the jumper on the disk is set to master.you have a picture on the disk wher to put jumper to be a master.
