pleas i need someone to help me on how to solve my problem,i have dm500s i download image erase in it,but until now it not turning on.i was directed to redownload image in it onesmore,i do,but it still in blue screen whenever conect the rece9iver with my tv.pleas kindly assist. thanks for your favourate support.
