You don't have to reflash. You can just connect to your dreambox via ftp, find "/var/tuxbox/config/enigma/config" and view this file. In this file you have to find line like this "i:/elitedvb/pins/setuplock=000004d2". The PIN is 4d2, but it's in HEX, you have to convert it to DEC, for instance using windows calculator.
