Can anyone please help ? : My problem is : I am unable to set my dm500s to enable me to install a new image. I have tried the following. Connected to my router then unplugged power cable from the box/ then held the power button in and re-inserted the power lead. I then enter the IP address of the dream-box {which I know} in internet browser click and then find that I am connected to Dream Box site with all details about my set, and not the firmware upgrade screen.
