Any differences between the units sold in the US and Europe?

    Forgive the Newfie question, but I'm curious if there are differences in the units sold in the US and other places, to reflect differences in various laws.

    The only difference that I've seen is that the units from NA distributor come with power cord adapter.I think any laws would be the responsibility of the end user,not DMM.
