Please help me to solve the problem.

I have ORIGINAL DM800, which is crashing since i bought it... I just installed 2.8.4 firmware and it is crashing...

after 10 sec video freezes only audio is working... the only solution is switch off power on DM...

there is no file in MEDIA\HDD

how this crash log file looks like?

I cant see any crash screen.. DB just hangs..

if it is a hardware problem how can I see where it is?
