Will I be able to use this in Europe and display on this TV? I'm moving from USA to Europe and would like to know.

specifically the Samsung UN55B8000

or will I need to also need use a PAL to NTSC converter?

should be no problem. maybe you couldn't use the ntsc tuner in europe cause no tv station is sending in this format (except us forces tv) . in general it is no problem cause the dreambox is the receiver and signal goes to the tv set via dvi/hdmi. the only problem i see is the voltage of the power supply. only in GB 110v are used.
