Hi there...

I have a DM800 . I receive signal from Badr 26.0E, Hotbird 13.0E, and Nilesat/Atlantic Bird 7.0W.

I have run through the setup and scanned the satellites, however, I can receive signal from all except Nilesat/Atlantic Bird 7.0W.

When I switch to a Nilesat channel, the message:
Tuner failed
and i get a breaking picture

when i go to satfinder the signal for all satellites the signal is stable and at 88% or more except for nilesat it keeps jumping from 0 to 61 without stooping
0% - 61% - 0% - 59% - 0% - 64% like that continuously

i have a dm600 and the signal is very stable for and is above 80% for nilesat and all other satellites

I have tried to change in the satellites configuration with no use.

i have tried the echo 11 > /proc/stb/frontend/0/tone_amplitude with all numbers and still no use.

i tried flashing all the images old and new available and still no use

and i as i said When I connect the same satellite cable to DM600 , it works perfectly on all satellites,

kindly let me know whats wrong its been 4 days trying to find a solution.
