- Fix issues with some DASH and HLS streams
- Fix Audio sync issues (PCR Counter)
- Fix crash in streamservices setup

- Update default serviceslist and favorites for astra 19.2E
- Add BLE RCU to RemoteControlSelection plugin
- Fix crash on JVC IR protocol programming for BLE RCU (Some sony and other devices)
