Dies ist wirklich ein Issue fuer den Niederlaendischen und Vlamishen Dreambox User der Eurosport-HD entfaengen kan und kein Ton hat. Bitte schow mahl nach. Es functionierd mit altem treiber (bis 24-Jan-2009) oder wen mann eine aufnahme macht (mit "timeshift")... also moeglich is es schon es zu entfangen. Also bitte DMM, bitte mache eine loesing fuer uns...

Auf dem gleichen transponder gibt es auch Total HipHop und America Unleashed. Wer kan diese entfangen? Ich habe die Idee das hier etwas falsch geht mit tabelle?

Mit aufnahmen geht es gut. So eine aufname hilft nicht mit diesem problem zu loesen.

But the two line patch is nog a good fix. Sometimes (here in the Netherlands) we have even three lines. And this patch is nog prepared to this. In addition the (36) lineheight is a durty tricky fix, which may lead even to crashes of enigma in case the 0 is choosen.

Therefore I beleive DMM will not commit this patch into git.

Jetzt wenn eine aufname lauft dan kan man stepskips machen wass super ist.

Wenn mann eine aufname auf pauze setzt werde es schoen wenn mann mit die nummer tasten nach eine percentage von die file gehen kan...

Zb. 1 ist 10%, 2 ist 20%, 3 ist 30%.... 9 ist 90% und 0 is 0% (anfang). Dan spring es zur diesem procent im file und spielt direct von da ab. Immer um dieser percentages zu benutzen muss man pause anwahlen, wenn eine aufname lauft wirdt normales stepskip gemacht.

Yesterday DMM committed some code most likely to fix the BBC subtitles.

Could it be possible to change the code. Now you forward two strings, two lines -but- to change it to have one string forwarded with a '\n' insite. Afterwards the subtitles can be break in to lines based on the \n.

There is just one thing that still needs to be removed. There is some code that removes a dash pace ('- ') from a teletext subtitle string. This can be removed.

In addition for perfect teletext subtitles it would be nice to have an option to the font to make them outlined and shadowed together. Outlined is currently not possible as far I know.

Wir in Holland haben einen gleiches Problem mit Eurosport-HD auf 23.5 Ost. Dar geht nur einen tonspur. Und mit eine aufnahme (auch mit timeshift) lauft es.

Wenn man eine aufname started. Dieses 10 secunde laufen last und dan nachher im "slipstream/timeshift" dieser aufname startest dan gibt es wohl Niederlaendisches ton im aufname. Mit direct timeshift manchmal aber selter unterbrochen Ton.

Auf Eurosport-HD auf 23.5 Ost (Astra-3) gibt es auch einen Niederlaendisches audiokanal. Dort sind auch noch einen Tjechischen Ton, Hongarisches Ton und English. Auf diesem transponder functioniert nur den Tjechischen ton. Mit andere receiver soll es wohl ton geben....

Beim BBC gehen die (live) untertitel immer richtich falsch. Ich sehe auh dieser function

Hier werden die untertitel bearbeitet. Eine stich lehrzeigen "- " wirt wechgeholt und when nichts dahr ist wird den string lehr gemacht. Beim BBC komt den code dort nicht. Alles anderes is hinzufuhgen und genau dass passiert.

Waarum werden die untertitel nicht einfach eins-zu-eins weitergeleited miet zwei regeln (wie beim scandinavischen patch im anderen draht z.b.) unt lass den "- " stehen. und einfach den string sehen lassen (in zwei linien) dan heht es bei BBC auch guht und is dass format auch orginal?

are there two default skin files??? skin_user and skin_default or do you mean that you should add these in your own skin. I think the subtitles are not completely skin related and at leas when you put it in skin_default.xml you will not get green screens in case this section is missing in the custom skin.

The blue subtitles can be easily fixed by the skins. I removed the section below from all skins (were they were added) and replaced it by the code below in /usr/share/skin_default.xml

Then you'll have nice white shadowed subtitles (I only miss the outline - which may be added later at low level and e.g. an option outlineOffset="2".

A lot of work is done now regards subtitles. On e.g. the dutch History the timing is correct.

But still rubisch with BBC on 28.2 East!!!

For the eyes it will be perfect when outlined could be added as just shadow only.

In addition it would be perfect with teletekst subtitles when the lines are not merged and splitted, but the orriginal (two) lines will be breaked as transmitted.
