    I think that good customer support comes in many ways and his lucky. He got it in both way.

    You informed him where to find the user manual. I show him where to find the settings and solve his problem quick


    If you acquire the knowledge from reading a post or from the manual it's just the same.

    Why else do we have customer support forum :winking_face:


    And to be honest I don't think that most users have learned their way around the amazing Dreambox by reading the manual only.

    We have been lucky and learned from both the manual and friendly users on this board like you and others.


    But hulinov You should take Schnubbel advice and read the user manual. It's full of good information.

    And you will get familiar with your new toy.

    You find it under in the settings


    Open Menu >> Setup >> System >> Customize Scroll down the list to you find Enable multiple bouquets

    Set this option to Yes.


    Press Green button to save your settings and restart GUI

    Now when you open your Channel List press Blue button to open the bouquets list and you will see your bouquets.

    As an neutral bystander I must say that the whole mod of this board reflects pretty well by that thread.

    Most post turns personal very quick. Where referanse to illness is very common.


    Also the constant use of German language create for many users the issue of the need to relay on Google Translate to be able and read, search and get information

    And this has often has been pointed out by some users in a negative way when they reply to a users post.


    So to my fellow Google Translate users I give the advice, Have in mind that thing can be offensive in the translation but not necessary meant by the poster.


    And maybe it's easier to go rampage in anger if you express your self in your native language so maybe next time do it in English.

    This give you a few seconds to think about what you are about to write since you have to do a quick translation in your mind :winking_face: :smiling_face:


    I really hope we can all come to gather, find the common ground again, our passion for our Dreamboxes.

    Also take this advice in mind next time you want to make a quick comment to a newbi. We have all been that and we have all got the starting help from another one.

    This is just a converter showing this information. So you can't really do a compare like that.

    Use a Satfinder tool and check your true signal in the cable if you really need full correct information.

    If you compare "Mrs Rowlings" work to a guide made from screenshots and default text then you are correct.

    And if she hade publish her full book with her text and illustrations made by her self. On a public forum you would not even need to name the source.

    How do you think students are write an essay. I get it when some one wants to referanse another persons source code. Or use some ones created graphics, fonts and so on

    But we are talking about screen shoot. Ask "Mrs Rowlings" can't see that "Mrs Rowlings" illustrations would be yours just because you have screen shoot them?

    I even left one link in the translation to Team Newnigma2

    So what is the real problem? Have made lot's of translations and get many thanks from the authors of guides just because they have been proper credit

    Even made one here where the author contacted me and let me now that there has been some updates to the original guide i translated from.


    And look into this forum. There is not a single thread where there is not at least a few nonsens post like this. (Including my own)

    Every time you have made a post you just have to wait like this before all hell breaks loose as always

    This is the support forum for an international company where customers come to get support.

    This is the only support forum in the world where you sitt like this every time you made a post

    Happy now?? I removed your screen shoots and written text!! And since you own the copy right of the words and screen shoot i see it as impossible to write a guide my self without asking you for permission

    It was a damn translation!! not some source code or anything else and you hade post it here at this board so really did not see why i hade to ask for any permission other then the usual name the author and give the credit. Did not try and make it look in any way as my own work. But it's gone so relax
