After exchange of the motherboard it all nicely works. But I noticed that the plugin Genuine Dreambox now shows the other numbers than the plate underneath it says. Can I get this thing to settle? When I run the plugin ‘Genuine Dreambox’ and enter these numbers, I can get the response to the Green letter serial number S/N and the MAC address. But the serial number doesn't match with what's on the plate pasted (in the paper, what is pasted on the plate). How to solve it, and whether it is necessary for me? Thank you.

Yes, this is a pretty unpleasant. I would do anything to get this thing OK.

OK, all the other channels are OK, only TV3. I asked what they were doing and got the response that was changed HbbTV from version 1.0 to 1.5.

The problem is that the Estonian TV3 went HbbTV over to upgrade from 1.0 > 1.5 and after that at the moment does not play HbbTV. Many TVs got hit as well. If it would help, then I'm going to make a log, so that it can improve!?

Yesterday I got my box back, where was exchanged the motherboard. In addition, I asked to add a second Triple tuner. It seems that all is well, the second day without worries.

A: I have focused to our DVB-T2, but it was happened also with other services. I also tried the Dolby Labs Dolby Test Stream with S2X (you can see on the logs on the beginning of the Thred) and it happened before updating the drivers there very often.
I will give on Sunday know what happened after the flashing with latest firmware.

When I made that recording, box ran to a total stuck.
Here are several opinions:
1) It is an error of the box? I have already talked with our dealer.
2) It is an error of the software?
3) It is an error of the new Tuner S2X stuff? In my box I have Si21692 HYBRID MOD2017/02 without MultiStream, but it can handle S2X.
I have a friend, who own DM920 with Si21692 HYBRID MOD2017/06 (Tuner with MultiStream, but it can't handel S2X) and he told me, that he don't have that issue! His box played the whole of the twenty-for hour, no problem. He has tried increasingly to our channel and all is OK, but he use openatv. I also looked, that inside atv is added the s2x stuff, what is missing from original image. However, I ordered from my dealer the MultiStream tuner to try it out. I hope to get the solution!

NB! This is a temporary link. I hope that you can take the sample and find out why our DVB-T2 chrashes the box totally sooner or later. I think that it may be some kind of a buffer is wrong, or etc. I do not have ideas.
The recording has been made with the dm7020hd and PCTV290e & OpenPLI (DVB-T2 usb stick). And with this configuration the box NEVER in stuck.
If needed, I can add a similar sample, which is made with dm920!?
Please inquire about this problem, it is a very serious problem.

Sometimes you must wait for half an hour, sometimes more. It is not encoded channel, and is not attached to the third party software. That's why I think it is caused by a memory leak in the drivers. And it happens totally randomly.
