Das Image wird dadurch kleiner.
Es werden keine externen e2fstools mehr benötigt.

Hallo,
ich hab gesehen, dass die Busybox jetzt auch das ext3 Dateisystem unterstützt. Wäre es da nicht sinnvoll auf die neue Version umzusteigen und das dann auch zu nutzen? -
Ich muss ja zugeben, dass ich mir zuletzt mal ein alternativ Image angeschaut habe.
Ich schon sagen, wenn man mal den ganzen Emu-Kram weg läst, ist das Enigma in dem Image super. Es kann ohne Probleme ogg-Dateien abspielen und auch Kontakt zu Shoutcast aufnehmen.Das ist, was ich in einem CVS-Image vermisse. Hut ab, was die Programmierer da geschafft haben.

Für die 7000er benutze die timekiller-scripts und da kannst du deine Daten unter 'ownfiles' ablegen und die werden dann gepackt.Das heisst, dass deine persönlichen Daten einfach vor dem packen am richtigen Ort liegen müssen. Danach sind die auch nach einem flash-erase bereits wieder vorhanden.
Du kannst natürlich auch ein bestehendes Image entpacken-ändern-packen.
Schön zu hören, dass die noch jemand benutzt.

Bei mir wird meine aktuelle binutils Version nicht erkannt.
Wo kann man diese Abfrage unterdrücken?? -
Bei mir funzt es aber nicht mit der neuen Version.
