just bought Kabelio module excited to use it on my DREAM TWO

after insertion, I been getting messages the module is not compatible

is this true I cannot use my new Toy

is dream two still under production ? or in the market is left over from the initial production ?

can we label it obsolete ?

welcome on board, had same trouble it seems their are some dm800 with defective dvi , i am saying that after communicating with dm support service and they did ask me to change the dm800 due to hardware problem. if you want the dvi to work i advise you the following, switch on the TV on the selected hdmi channel keep connecting and disconnecting the dvi cable may be around 10 times (slowly) since signal may show up any time . do not push or tighten the dvi cable till the end since by experience you will find that it will work when it is not fully in

i found the only way to let the dvi to work is keep reinserting the DVI/HDMI cable several time aorund 10 times till the TV pick up the signal . i did contact support service and i got ticket number and i am waiting for response
