Why does not work flashing firmware with newer firefox and chrome ? Page for flash works well, is possible select image, but after pressing Flash nothing happens. No next screen with progressbar. Same for Win or linux. With IE it works only now. Is some solution for FF ?

Hey guys, still so much talking about unauthorized using e2 with others box, as are Ex, Vu etc, but this boxes know work with hdmicec well long time. Why your expensive boxes ( unfortunately my dm800se too) does not support this protocol (hdmicec) still ???

I have suspicious, that drivers from 20110309 again made some bad in working of timeshift on 800SE...

Playback of recorded files are ok still, but when is used timeshift with PAUSE, time to time does not begin start Playback after PLAY. (Tried always after reboot of box).

switch to channel, seeing program ... and after 10 mins i known, I want record it (but with begin too) => press REC => end of Timeshift, but recording still continue to Timeshift.tmp and on end (press Stop or Rec again), it would be renamed to name from description. => I have whole porgram recorded.

dont forget before mounting cheap NAS ( as ICY etc ... ) set from Telnet:

echo 0 > /proc/fs/cifs/LinuxExtensionsEnabled

= disabling LinuxExtensions

When it is on 1 (standard), then you can mount only directory from NAS, which has not password.

mount -t cifs //IP_NAS/directory /dreambox -o user=a,passwd=

when directory has password and is LinuxExtensions disabled (0):
mount -t cifs //IP_NAS/directory /dreambox -o user=xxx,passwd=yyy

1) It is not so good idea place the program files on HDD, because if is plugin run, then always HDD wake up.

2) will be possible recording into hdd, mount, usb, cf )

May be in conf
rec_path=/hdd/movie ... used only for recording (or /usb/movie or mount...)
prg_path=/var/tuxbox/camip ... for img,deco,files... ?
