Just edited some files both with and without the extra descriptors, everything works like a charm. Thanks

@m-snel
Do you have time and want to test the new 1.6.0?I am away for a long weekend, but will test when I'm back. I have several recordings of which I would like to edit the EIT file (including a lot with the new descriptors) so I'll let you know how it went.
Thank you for your release

You work very fast although I do understand a release will take some more time
I have enclosed 3 files from 3 different channels that crash the editor. If you need more, please let me know (but I'll have to make some recordings then as I only have recordings from these 3 different channels, most recordings are from DVB-S that don't seem to have the additional descriptors).

Hello Juanito,
Thank you for your prompt respone. The debug info is deleted.
I do have a Dreambox (and also 2 Mut@nts), but all with the OpenPLi image on it (also on the Dreambox). But I also have both DVB-S and DVB-C (Ziggo) tuners in them. The EIT comes from a Ziggo DVB-C channel so maybe they send this information in the EIT as they have a very comprehensive guide (the EIT's that do work seem indeed to come from sat).
No hurry, I'm glad you have found the cause and are willing to spend your precious time in updating the plugin with these descriptors. I will watch this thread and when 1.6.0 comes out download it.
Have a nice Sunday.
** Edit ** If you follow this link (from a random program tonight on the channel the EIT came from) you'll see he informatio Ziggo has in the EPG (and there I do see the mentioned descriptors like age 12 for this particular movie and content Komedie). So I think it is not really caiused by the image, but more that the EIT provider sends more extended information including more descriptors

Thank you for the great plugin.
Sorry I write in English (my German is not that good), but on several eit files the editor crashes. See the log below and enclosed a eit file that makes it crash (please rename .txt into .eit, I was not allowed to attach a eit file).
I use Windows 10 Pro 64 bit build 16299.192 (Dutch). But as other EIT files do work (only some not) I suspect it is not the OS.

Problem solved. In telnet do the following:
ipkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-mytube
cd /tmp
wget http://www.dreamboxupdate.com/…cvs20100101-r0_mipsel.ipk
ipkg install --force-downgrade enigma2-plugin-extensions-mytube_experimental-cvs20100101-r0_mipsel.ipk
rebootAnd then it works again, also if you update Mytube with the software update option it remains working

Unfortunately they can't change this. The DM8000 doesn't work with the Linux MMC driver, but probably a custom Broadcom MMC interface with closed source driver.
Dream, can you update the driver so SDHC cards (the future and soon the only SD cards available in shops) will be supported with every image?

I put this question also on a dutch forum. One of the PLI developers will make a patch, so this problem will be solved soon

Hello,
In the new [Moderator] Fremdimage, verstößt gegen die Boardregeln [/Moderator]image for the dreambox 70X0, the possibility has been created to use a 32 bit On Screen Display (instead of the standard 8 bits OSD). Because PIP/Mosaic writes directly to the framebuffer without checking in which mode this is, PIP/Mosaic won't work when the OSD is in 32 bit mode. Is it possible to correct this in the next release?
I'll be looking forward for your reply,
Best regards,
Menno
