A little help.

Not the best but it works.
Note. SCART/SCART-RCA cable must be plugged in with the RCA-SCART-end plugged in to the Dreambox, otherwise no audio.

Can anybody confirm that it is no risk for for the Dreambox audio system to connect the cables like this.
Or are there any other ways to get audio out to my DVD-recorder?

I don't get any audio out from the VCR-scart to my DVD-recorder.
Do anybody know if there are any audio out in the VCR-scart on dm7025?
No problem to play a movie through that scart

I have purchased a DVD-player/recorder that I have connected via SCART to the VCR-connection on my Dm7025.

To play a movie is no problem, but when I make a record from the Dreambox so becomes there no sound on the DVD.

With a special kabel I have linked sound from the Dreambox RCA-connections to the SCART-cable and then I got audio on the DVD-record.
But the RCA are normally connected to my stereo so this is not a good solution.
Can anybody help me to solv this problem?

Very strange!
I have Canal Digital (Swedish) and yesterday i got EPG to 3/3 ( 27/2, 28/2, 1/3, 2/3 and one program 3/3 (night).
Before yesterday I got only two programs. I must check if they have increased the EPG-info.

Yes I have done this without success. I have also tryed the Multi EPG (blue button).

Yes you are right about transmitted info but not the EPG in dm7025. We are many people in sweden with this problem.
And how can you explain that I got more EPG-info when I cleaned some files?
I have had my dm7025 in 8 weeks now and most of that time I never have had more than current and next program in my EPG, until yesterday!
Today I will give this tip to my friend who had the same problem. And then we shall see what happens.

When I look in the EPG-info I can only see EPG for the current program and the next program. I need an EPG with at least a couple of days program.
So yesterday I started to clean a lot of files that I thaugt my dm7025 do not needed. And after that I could see EPG for tree days.
So I think that more memory space will help me to get an bigger EPG-info.
Therefor I need to clean all files my dreambox not need. If this residence in the Flash memory or other memory, I don't know. But before I cleaned the files I had only 2,4 Mb free space (of 42 Mb) and afterwords 10 Mb free.

Are there any maps with useless code that I can erase? I think that not all maps have executable code.

Everything works OK now. I completely disconnected the box over the nigt and then the box was normal again. Maby it was an overheat problem?

I have got a new problem when I want to flash now. I got only the info text in the browser when I try to flash through the network cable. The pictures I could see before is gone, and it happens nothing when I press the “flash” text.
After pressing flash-text my dreambox is compleatly locked and I must shut it down with the on/off switch in order to start it again.
I can now only flash through the serial port and this procedure takes 30 minutes each time instead of 1 minute ower the network!
The problem remain after flashing through the serial port.
What can be wrong?

I disconnected the box ower night and today the box works great again. Overheat-problems???

Maby I have misinterpretted how to get this stream and make a text-stripes from it. I know that WebIf is used in an new application in Sweden for dm 7000 and 7020 and I hoped that it would easy to compile this code for dm7025.

I wonder because this module can be used to make a subtitle/teletext application for those channels witch not have this text today in dm7025.

I tried to edit my own bouquet list but i'm not shure if I do right.
I have made copies of userbouquet.favourites.tv and named them userbouquet.franska.tv and userbouquet.movie.tv and that's I think OK.

But what about the file bouquets.tv?
Is my text below OK or should I write #SERVICE: 1:7:1:0, #SERVICE: 1:7:2:0, #SERVICE: 1:7:3:0 and so on?
Or should all services have the same numbers 1:7:1:0:0....?

The new update does not work!
The screen is filled up with big colored squares. And the picture is useless.
Everything works OK after flashing img 2006-01-16 but after update everything crasches.
I have tryed to flash and update several times with same resault.
I have now changed img to MrSpock 2006-01-23 until the problem is solved.

Der Schirm wird oben mit grossen farbigen Quadraten gefüllt. Und die Abbildung ist unbrauchbar.
Alles arbeitet O.K. nach blinkendem img 2006-01-16 aber nach Update alles crasches.
Ich habe versucht zu blitzen und mehrmals mit dem gleichen resault zu aktualisieren.
Ich habe jetzt img zu MrSpock 2006-01-23 geändert, bis das Problem gelöst ist.

I have that box, and the manua,l but..... The manual is so simple , yet...
It describes only the name of the remote controls button, the front panel buttons and the name of the rear in- and outputs.
It also shows the techlical data. Not a word about "How to do" Thats all.

My question is: Is this image the official image or is that developed by other persons?
