    Any updates? For gtk-2.0?

What are you trying to say here?

My dm500c looked like this at some point while I was experimenting net boot options w/ dm500c:

    ~ > cat /proc/cpuinfo
    processor : 0
    cpu : STBx25xx
    clock : 252MHz
    revision : 9.80 (pvr 5151 0950)
    bogomips : 250.88
machine : Dream Multimedia TV Dreambox
    plb bus clock : 63MHz
    ~ > mount
    /dev/root on / type nfs (ro,v2,rsize=4096,wsize=4096,hard,udp,nolock,addr=10.19.0.98)
none on /dev type devfs (rw)
    /proc on /proc type proc (rw,nodiratime)
devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
none on /tmp type ramfs (rw)
    10.19.0.98:/tftpboot/root/var on /var type nfs (rw,v3,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,hard,udp,lock,addr=10.19.0.98)
    ~ > df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
    /dev/root 5795204 4020676 1480140 73% /
    10.19.0.98:/tftpboot/root/var 5795232 4020704 1480160 73% /var
    ~ >

I just could't figure out how to do automatic net boot without
interrupting boot process and selecting net boot via console. Sooo, I forgot it.
But above command output looks good.

    Maybe your hd is broken?
/media/hdd is usually local hard disk.

    root@dm600pvr:/media> df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
    /dev/root 28672 18548 10124 65% /
    /dev/mtdblock/2 3824 1764 2060 46% /boot
    tmpfs 30860 28 30832 0% /var
    tmpfs 30860 20 30840 0% /tmp
    /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1 29297048 14843776 14453272 51% /media/hdd

You could try 'dmesg' command to get info from boot messages.

Why not? Of course you can use multiboot with dm500 also (check flashwizard).

Sollte mit dm600pvr auch gehen? Hier funktioniert nicht.

Box is recognized as dm600pvr, but it stays at:
    "initiating flash-loader upload..."
    Nothing after that.

    Shouldn't you say:
    make -f Makefile-opendreambox image
and that should take care of it.
You get image files in build/tmp/deploy/images/ directory.
    Like: build/tmp/deploy/images/dreambox-image-dm600pvr-20070428193632.nfi

And that you should be able to flash dream with. At least I think so...
haven't got my box yet...

Actually, there is a point: recording quality.
With neutrino based images you can stop sectionsd and playback on TV during
recording. As a result you get perfect recording quality with boxes
having problems otherwise (dm500/dm5620 at least).

I just flashed my dm5620 succesfully on FC6 (gtk2 also). Needed to:
    # cd /usr/lib
    # ln -s libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0.1000.8 libgdk_pixbuf.so.2

    Ie:
    # ls -ltg |head -2
    total 352468
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 root 29 Apr 3 11:46 libgdk_pixbuf.so.2 -> libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0.1000.8

My Deutch is so bad, so I'll try to explain in english.
I upgraded to FC6. Still have the same problem:
with configuration file (ie. dream ip) I get segmentation fault.

I took a look a bit further and took a dump from http traffic.
It seems that dreamstream doesn't like the reply it gets from my dm500c
and that causes the crash. Could you take a look at it...below.

    $ cat dreamstream.ini

    Heute downloaded ds-031-lin.zip.
    Fedora5 linux kernel 2.6.17
    dm500c CVS von 20070221 (webIF 6.0.1).

Ohne dreamstream.ini file, no "Segmentation fault".
Also geht und ich kann zb. IP ändern.
    Aber auch kein bild.
