Liebe Dreamboxer,

ich habe die Dreambox Two (gekauft über Amazon bei HM-Sat) zwei Wochen lang an einer Rotor-Satanlage (Diseqc 1.2) betrieben, was soweit einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Seit heute morgen, als ich auf einen Kanal auf einem anderen Satelliten umschalten wollte, bewegt sich urplötzlich der Rotor nicht mehr... ein Test mit einem Ersatz-Rotor verlief an beiden Tunern ebenfalls negativ, auch nach Zurücksetzen des originalen Images. Beide Motoren laufen mit dem alten Receiver (SF8008) einwandfrei...

Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich noch versuchen könnte?

Dear Dreambox users,

I had been using the Dreambox Two (bought on Amazon, sold by HM-Sat) with a motorized dish (Diseqc 1.2) for over two weeks without any issues. When I switched this morning to a channel on a different satellite, all of a sudden the motor did not move any more - additional tests on both tuners with a second perfectly working motor also showed no reaction, a firmware reset did not resolve that issue. I've just tested both motors with my old receiver (SF8008) and they're working perfectly fine.

Does anyone of you have a suggestion what to try before sending the Dreambox back? Considering its price, I'm not really happy with that...
