    I searched with the second tuner and 1918 services found. ( Hot Bird - 13E ) but I serached 1674 services with the first tuner .


    The problem is in the first tuner and I'm sure you'll get it fixed soon .

    The problem has been serious since the speed of the search has increased. By increasing the speed of the search it ignores some transponders during the search and denies that you have no problem with the signal being very high quality and smooth and that is precisely because I I have a lot of boxes that I don't see any problems with, but the new Dreambox box and the recent update are faster when I search.

    If more time is given in search mode so Each frequency will then have more time to search the channels.

    Searching for weak frequencies becomes easier and Our problem will probably be resolved.

    I've been using Vu+ and Dreambox for over 10 years and I've had many models of them but I have had no problem except Dreamone .You have to be sure that we are not talking for no reason.


    I reiterate that you do not have this problem in Europe If you lived in Asia and the Middle East, you had exactly the same problem.

    All three were able to search more than 9200 Services in 44 Satellites But The Dreamone can only search 7200 Services in 44 Satellites !!!!


    Several of my friends have the dreamone and they also have problems like me .


    The Dreamone seems to be unable to lock at weak frequencies (sometimes) or it may be another problem that I don't know.

    therefore :

    If your location has strong satellite coverage, you can search more than 9100 Services without any problems. ( Like Europe )

    If your location has medium or weak satellite coverage, you'll have trouble (like Asia)


    Other models of Dreambox do not have this problem.

    And they should not expect us to recommend this device to others Because VU+ and XCRUISER offer the same benefits even more and at a lower price and Their support team is great.

    Many receivers work with Android without problems Even China Made Toy Boxes !!!

    But the stable version of Android does not yet exist for The Dreamone !!!

    Bluetooth is useless to me and others because we can't hear the sound of Channels Television on the bluetooth speakers.

    This bug is very important and should be resolved quickly.


    Chinese receivers have no such problem with bluetooth but After about a year, The Dreamone still has a Bluetooth problem !!!!

    I hope the problem is resolved sooner.
