Same trouble at my new Dreambox 520. Loose cable, I think some have forget to mount the cable in china.
Just open the box if other have the same issue with a new 520.

My Dreambox 520 did have a dead button / and remote control didn't work. So I opened it, I did find a loose ribbon cable inside.
