I have Original DM800 HD SE V2, and i have (4) Four Satellites controlled (Managed by Diseque) 4X1, but currently under normal Circumstances when i am recording one channel i can't want an other channel unless on the same transponder.
My Question is here is it possible that By using any kind of Multi Switch, or similar Equipment is it possible to Record one channel and view an other at the same time ?

You Kind and detailed reply will be highly appreciated.
NB:- I am know using other Boxes with dual or multiple Tuners it is possible but my question is about the grounds and conditions explained above.

I just Received my Dream Box DM800HD SE V2 sent from Germany today, since morning i have messing up my head but not success i really need some help if some one can

I have the following Setup: (Previously Working on Strong Receiver )

Intelsat 7/10 C-Band ( Diseqc Port A OR LNB1)
Paksat 1R 38.0E C-Band ( Diseq Port B OR LNB2)
Astra4A KU-Band (Diseqc Port C OR LNB 3)
Intelsat 7/10 KU-Band ( Diseqc Port D OR LNB 4)

But when i scan i only get channels from Astra that is all, no other Channels special C-Band

Any Help will be great full.

I am Completely to to Dreamboxes (I purchased my First Dreambox DM800HD SE V2) which i will be receiving on Coming Monday via DHL from Germany. i have few serious concerns after reading different forums where it says' Openpli don't make and will not make any images for DM800SE V2.

Now I have few Questions if any one could answer them i will be grateful.

Q 1. Why do we need images ( OpenPLI, Newnigma2, OZZO etc ) for CCAM setups only or for other Plugins and feature, if other can you list few ?

Q 2. IS Newnigma2 (4.0.8 ) is similar image like OpenPli and will have more or less same feature OR is it some thing different ?

Q 3. What is the Best Image Available which is compatible with DM800HD SE V2 ?

Q 4. To setup and 3rd party plugins which image is best ?

Thanks for the update, i am located in E-Africa and what i was told by the seller i stated, but i will see because i called the seller they told me after upgrading the Software the PVR function should work. i am still waiting for DHL to deliver my newly purchased DM800 SE V2, if you have any knowledge could you please tell me what is the Best available image for DM800 HD SE V2, because i was checking different forum and came to know openPli is not supporting V2 Receivers ( http://openpli.org )
There is OpnATV, Newnigma2 options left,
Because i want to take advantage of extras which box can offer and Specialy i want to Setup CCCam for ASTRA 4A 5E ( SES5 )

I am new to this forum, and just purchased DM800 HD PVR SE (V2) with Internal HDD 1TB, what software i need to download to activate the PVR function, because i purchased my box from Germany (Via eBay) and i was told since 2009 in Germany PVR Recording is not allowed. Any Help will be highly Appreciated.
