    You are (sorry to say) ridiculous. This sources say nothing and your statements are nonsense
    1) In the past several times companies were closed and reopened with a new name in Germany. The brand "Dreambox" is not based to a company. And always it was told Dreambox is dead and then came with a great success back.
    2) multiply former Dreambox dealers not exists. It exists the brand Dreambox with company behind and 1 official dealer for Dreambox goods.
    3) Leontech produce Dreambox only if owner of brand Dreambox decides together with the official dealer to produce new goods.
    4) Why should someone write additional statements or declaration ? It was informed everyone that it will come something and so is not needed actual a statement - so working in the background is better and more efficient
