I new with this technology. I wonder if somebody can help me to add the channels of hotbird 13? Please Step by step

The receiver is working with Astra 28.2 and today got adjust the LNB for Hotbird

How change the channels from 1 satellite to other one? for example from BBC to RAI ( Italy )?
