As the description already describes is that with DVB subtitles (the graphic ones) the location of the subtitles are incorrect with DVB subtitles.

In addition the teletext subtitles are displayes in light blue instead of white. And with the BBC when there are live transmissions the whole subtitles (DVB and teletext) are displayes very strange (first you see word by word then the whole text with DVB graphic subs and with teletext subs you see a lot of lines were words are added and nothing is deleted).

Because pictures say more than words....

First attachement demonstrates wrong located DVB subtitle due to HD-skin scaling...
Second attachement demonstrates wrong subtitles on live (e.g. news) transmissions on BBC
Third attachement demonstate wrong located DVB subtitle due to HD-skin scaling and only one word (word by word are viewable and after this a flash of complete subtitle) again during live transmissions on BBC (e.g. news)

You can fix the position by changeing SubtitleDisplay in skin.xml placed in usr/share/enigma2/<skin>.

This should be changede to.

this should work in most hd skins.

As far I know this only fixes the Teletekst subtitles. It does not fix the DVB (bitmap) subtitles....

Wo wird die Blauwen farbe definiert bei dem 2en screenshot von Littlesat? Die screenshot is gemacht worden mit Videotext subtitles und nicht von die DVB subtitles. Extra anweisung ist dass die Videotext subtitles nicht mit die Videotext gemacht wurde aber mit die Subtiteles function. Ach zu melden ist dat Videotext subtitles manchmal nicht zu sehn ist mit die Subtitles function, aber doch mit die Videotext seite 888 doch zu da ist.

Were is the blue subtitle color defined, that can be seen at the 2nd screenshot from Littlesat? This screenshot is made with TXT subtitles and not the DVB-Subtitles. Extra note: The TXT subtitles are not made with the Teletext application but done with the menu, subtitles function.
Also sometimes the TXT subtitles are give no results, and selecting the Teletext page e.q. 888 will display the subtutles.

Die Blauwe (Cyan) Farbe ist indertaat fremd... Wenn ich manchmahl of OK druecke (OSD) wirt die Farbe machmahl rot oder gelb. Normaal wuenchen wir Weiss.

Start working on important changes and bugs one of this for long long time is DVB subtitles.

We think is time you make some work on DVB subtitles problem .

this is basic functionality for one sat receiver

Position of subtitles is not good (SD format 720x576) make change 1280x720 HD format

Size of fonts is no good make change size +- 28

Color of fonts is not good make change white

Subtititles not working on some channels >>example N. Geographic ,Animal Planet 16E

People on many satellites forums asking for this fix for months .

Dass mann jetzt die colors anpassen kan ist super(!) Jetzt noch die linebreaks beim teletekst subtitels wie dass orginaal gezendet wordt mit z.b. den patch hier:
