    Hmm, if it can work on Motorola MPX300 ( historically mobile phone... ) omap733 ( ARM 200 MHz ) why then cannot be ported to DMM?
    I mean, there is slower processor... or? Anybody try to port and can approve that it cannot work?

    The omap has a floating point unit is therefore much more usable for software encoding, the stbs in the dreams are faster for integer operation than the old omap, but when it comes to floating operation the omap is much faster because it can do it without integer conversions. The same discussion has been lots of times for divx .. "why my mobile phone can do it and the dream not" ...
