Please provide some information about the hard- and software used.

Hi All,
Bought a Db500c last week and its frozen. I tried to put an image on it and it seemed to work, it rebooted and then just stayed at the intro screen where it asks you to choose between pal and ntsc, used dreamup to put the original settings back using null modem and its still the same no response from remote and won't power on or off from the box. Is there anything I can do or is it fried.
