External Hard Drive Access Problem

    Hello,
    After reinstalling the image, when I plug in the external hard drive connected to the device, it constantly gives a green screen error. When I unplug the hard drive and disconnect it, the device returns to normal. In other words, the device cannot recognize the hard drive at all.
    I never had this problem before.
    Could you please take a look at the attached crash file? What could the problem be?

    did you added the comm-aarch64-aio community feed?

    there are some updates and bugfixes for the aio image published by the community after the end of dream proberty. I'm not sure, but I think this bug has been fixed by the commutiy enigma2 version 5.0.0r2-r0.10


    add the additional feed by installing the package enigma2-plugin-extensions-community-feed-installer_1.0.-r1_arm64.deb from the following thread and run


    apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade after installing and restart enigma2

    The plugin (community feed) you mentioned is already installed.
    This problem appeared suddenly. The device previously recognized the hard drive every time I reinstalled the image.
    I'll reinstall the image a few more times and write the result here again.
    Could the hard drive be faulty? I don't know.


    Lastly, I can't even access the "About" section from the main menu.

    The device crashes and restarts. Error report attached.
