SD Card 32 Gb not seen

    Just installed 32 GB SD card in the Play.dreambox.UHD. It is detected and asked to format.. Ticked yes and all procederen without errors. Restarted the box and the only info 'card was succesfully removed' and 'no storage found' when trying to record..


    How to proceed?

    i have not tried yet to format the SD Crd directly from Android itself
    I have formatted my SD Card on my PC as exFAT and then inserted and it was recognized immediately
    Also i have tried to do a factory reset of the Play and started the wizard with SD Card inserted from the beginning and it worked also for me

    I followed your suggestion.. Inserted the SD card in my Windows laptop. Used ‘Disk Management’ to wipe the partitions. Created a new volume and used full formatting (not quick). Inserted it in the Dreambox Play UHD and now it works.
