and it takes exactly 20 seconds. I think this boot up time of 20 seconds is quiet normal.

I think this depends a little bit how quick a network connection can be established.

My box boots in about 19 seconds.

The boot time can increase due to LAN/Wlan, number of plugins, services, network mounts, Memory, Update checks etc.

Lade dir von dreamboxupdate.com das aktuellste Image für die Dream One runter - LINK
Dann versetzt du deine Dreambox in den Rescue Modus und klickst auf "Firmware Upload"
Beide Haken deaktivieren und anschliessend auf "Durchsuchen" klicken und wechslest in das Verzeichnis vom Image das du oben herunter geladen hast und wählst die *.tar.xz aus '
Danach klickst du auf "Go" und das neue Image wird geflasht
Nachdem der Flashvorgang beendet wurde klickst du auf "Reboot" und kannst nun so dein frisch installiertes Image einrichten
