LNB SatCR user question

    Hi today CanalDigital Norway sent me a new sat dish and a new LNB

    I allredy have a Triax LNB with Unicable/SatCR port so before i take the time and switch i have a question if my Dreamboxes really can handle this LNB.


    I have a Dreambox 900 UHD, Dreambox One UHD and a Dreambox Two UHD allredy configurated with the Triax LNB and working fine.

    But since the LNB have only one SatCR port and 2 Universal i cant use one cable only since there is only 4 bands on the LNB.

    The new one have 24 userbands so i assume that would be more then enough for all my STBs inclusive the extra from another brand :winking_face:


    My question is. Is there a limitation in what userbands the Dreambox can use?

    If not then i can just leave my configuration as it is.

    The limitation of scr-frequency or user band depends on the used tuner, not on the unicable.xml file. This file contains beside EN50494 also EN50607
