This is now board #4 you are asking the same question!
This is a kick in the ass to all poeple already tring to help. But you ignore every hint or tipps.
-

Wo liegt das Problem an Copy&Paste ?

I wrote in several places as I could not get support from any forum on the subject. There will be other dreambox users who need me today. I have always encountered a cynical attitude to all these attempts.
I get the wifi adapters by looking at the compatibility list. When the manufacturers produce different versions of the existing adapters, there is a demand for drivers.
I would never buy it if I knew that there were mocking attitudes and unhelpful forums when choosing dreambox, the king of the satellite world.
I thought the reason for writing in all the forums that prepared images is that an image team will hear my request and help. but i was wrong.
thank you all

Dreamboxes are embedded systems, not "something where I install some drivers and it works with 3th party hardware." If the hardware isn't explicit labeled with "compatible with Dreamboxes", you can be sure it doesn't work. Point. So I would not be too surprised at the corresponding answers in the forums.
And regarding the hope that Dreambox would put a lot of energy into the implementation of many drivers, I can only say: There are a lot of chatters on the forums, but only a few people are able to do that. And DP has enough to do with developing new boxes and surviving with them. Do not expect anything that goes beyond the out of the box runnability.
Buy something compatible. And put your old WIFI sticks into your TV. I'm sure they don't work, then you have the next big thing for another forum.

That is not true.
We have answered you in our forum that we will check it after our new release is out.
But if you do not have any patience then we can't help you. -
thanks.
I will wait for your support.

not supported chipset
the needed drivers are not available on the feed
is it so difficult to check the supported chipsets/drivers on the feed before buying an usb/wifi dongle?
