With the same equipment, a search on the 820 and the resulting 1918 service that I send logs.

Do you have enabled the second tuner in the box? If yes please disable it in tuner configuration. Disconnect from the box from power, restart the box and do the scan again.
Tell us if anything changes.
If that also doesn't change anything, disable the other tuner, enable the second one and connect cable to it. Then scan again. And tell us if anything changes.

The second tuner is disabled.
The second tuner is no problem easily and quickly received 1918
services

Now I did another experiment and introduced Tuner 1 as an internal loop in Tuner 2 and searched again, the result being a slow search and the loss of some transpoders.
-
dir you unplug Second cable?

Fixed? I don't think so as it still seems to be a local problem at your box.

I said that the connection to the current server is currently a second tuner and other service-free boxes
-
Then finally do what I've requested, disable tuner 2 AND disconnect power of your box and then reboot it and do a scan ON tuner 1.

I did this, it was still a search results 1545 service.
Besides, it searches very slowly as before

me too.

ran a search again with more detailed settings on the Hotbird and Tuner 2 and got all the services without any problems. Contrary to the friends' opinion that expressing this box tuner is weak not only is it weak but also stronger than all Dreambox tuners only that software weakness is good to solve.

network scan = off
look up other sdt = on
skip empty transponder = off
search again by input 2

Other SDT is only necessary for the United States, anyone else doesn't need to enable it.
Also skip empty transponders can always stay on.
Or better said you can always use the defaults.

These settings are for further search. Turning off the netbook scan disable the search process to be requested faster

A wasn't talking about network scan (which is required only if you do a scan via satellites.xml and don't have all transponders in that file). For blindscan it always should be "off".
The other two options should never be modified and stay on their defaults values (other SDT = off, skip empty transponder = on), as these options are only for a special user group, not for standard users.
Modifying this options will not help fixing your problems.
