• Habe eine DM 900 HD und habe eine neue Software eingespielt. Nach dem booten kommt jetzt der Schriftzug DREAMBOX und danach ist das Display weiss. In der Rescue Modus kommme ich nicht mehr, was kann ich tun? ich denke das war eine Fehlerhafte Software.

    Bin ratlos.

  • im worst case kann man versuchen den rescue loader von USB zu booten und dann wie übkuichper WebIF die Box flashen, wenn die Box wieder läuft, kann man den rescue loader wieder aktualisieren bzw. installieren


    aber mach mal eine bootlog, dann wissen wir mehr

  • Nein das Image war für die 900 HD, von der 8000 war keine Rede und nicht in der Nähe, bin nicht ganz blöd. Wollte ein anderes Image testen.

  • Der Kernel ist ja der richtige, denn wenn es ein DM8k Image gewesen wäre, hätte ja gar nix gebooted. frontend.c ist AFAIK der Treiber für den Tuner. Der kann ja durchaus im DM8000 Tree der Kernel Sourcen liegen. Und anhand des Pfades denke ich, dass der Kernel von Ghost compiliert wurde. Er erreicht wohl den FPGA nicht.. Welches Image ist das denn?
