Dreambox dm920 IP Address ?

    Dream box DM920 UHD


    Excellent, software management is successfully installed & able to enter into software management menu (Enclosed screen shot of telnet ).


    Recovery mode is also missing, Under Main menu -standby/restart


    As suggested by you, tried your below suggestion on point number 31


    Could you please help me out in installing the latest version of software for dream box dm 920.

    1) I have checked the dream box by holding the power button for few seconds, again the screen displays "Rescue Mode http://dm920. local. lan/ & the IP address is not displayed on the screen.


    2) Tried http://dm920. local. lan/ also, this site is not reachable.


    3) But I am able to get the IP address of dream box dm920 via dream box control center


    4) Whether the below latest Firmware download (unstable) can be installed via dream box control center ?

    (Kindly update me on additions/deletions on the below files)

    5) Whether its possible to install the above software via Dream box control center, Request you to guide me step by step for the installation.


    6) When I go to setup - tuner configuration (Only limited satellites options are available). Could you please kindly help me out in upgrading the satellite plugins.

    Try to switch your dm920 off with the button at the back
    Then switch it on again and immediately after that press and hold the power button untill you see in the display an exclamation mark or stop when the power buttons stops flashing.


    However if you see http:/dm920 in the display you should be able to enter that address in your browser and you should see the option: firmware upload

    Maybe, you should start reading the manual! No one here works for you. It's one thing to help when you have a crash but for everything that can be found in the manual (and many tutorials on the internet) don't expect help.
