No you can use both, but with an Universal LNB you are limited to one band per cable. Means you can use up to 8 frequencies but on one band only, or on 2 bands if you connect 2 cables.
With an Unicable LNB you can use up to 8 frequencies on all bands.
with a single lnb you can only receive up to 8 transponders on the same band - eg. 8 out of 1 quarter of the available transponders. Some providers have all their channels in the same band, others dont. With an Unicable LNB you can receive up to 8 transponder from all 4 bands.
thanks for quick replay,
i have a universal lnb and diseqc motor
the picture is my first tuner setting
could you please tell me what kind of setting should i put for other 7 tuners ?

First install an original DMM image (OpenATV is not supported), then just configure the tuner as usual, as long as you don't have an Unicable LNB no further settings are required. Just configure tuner A1.
second using an FBC Tuner on a Rotor dish ist not the perfect idea, even when using a DreamOS based image.
